Parallel Dialer

You only talk topeople who pick up.

Ubic calls several numbers in parallel, filters out voicemails and invalid numbers, and transfers the call to the SDR as soon as someone picks up. The other calls are frozen, callable later. Up to 50 real conversations per SDR per day.

Three stepsSupport in French included

Import

CSV or direct sync with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, noCRM and 8 more tools. Column mapping is automatic.

Call

Several numbers called at the same time. Voicemails, fax lines and busy numbers are filtered out. The call is transferred to the SDR as soon as someone picks up.

Analyze

Calls sync back to the CRM with their recording and transcript. You track performance per SDR and conversion per list.

How the parallel dialer handles calls

Automatic real-time filtering

Ubic analyzes the line from the first second. Voicemails, fax lines, invalid numbers and busy lines are filtered out before the SDR ever gets the call.

Automatic number rotation

Outbound numbers rotate automatically. They are monitored continuously and replaced as soon as deliverability drops.

Instant transfer

When a prospect picks up, the call reaches the SDR with no delay. The prospect hears the rep immediately, not a 2-second silence.

Automatic queueing

If two prospects pick up at the same time, the first goes to the SDR. The second is frozen, then called back after a delay you define.

Hosted in France

Calls and recordings stay on AWS Paris (eu-west-3), in the EU zone. Ubic is published by Positive Lab, a French SAS, and data processing is GDPR compliant.

During the call

The prospect record is open, the note writes itself, the status syncs to the CRM.
