How does the parallel dialer work?
Ubic dials up to 3 numbers in parallel. Answering machines, faxes, and invalid numbers are automatically filtered out. As soon as a human picks up, you're connected without silence.
Does the prospect hear silence when they pick up?
No. The connection is instant. The prospect hears your voice as soon as they pick up, just like a normal call.
How does number rotation work?
Ubic monitors number deliverability and automatically replaces them when it drops.
Which CRMs are compatible?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, noCRM, Attio, NetHunt, Close, Salesloft, and Lemlist natively. Modjo, Gong, and Slack are also integrated. Plus CSV import for everything else.

How much does it cost?
$200/user/month. $180 quarterly (-10%), $160 annually (-20%). One plan, all-inclusive.
Is there a commitment?
No. You can cancel anytime. Quarterly and annual plans are paid in advance.
How many minutes are included?
3,000 minutes/user/month, well beyond typical SDR usage.

Where is the data hosted?
On AWS Paris (eu-west-3), in the European zone. Ubic is published by Positive Lab, a French SAS.
Are calls recorded?
Yes, if you enable the feature. Recordings are stored in France and accessible from your dashboard.
