API & AI assistants
Ask your assistant to summarize yesterday’s calls or find your follow-up tasks. The MCP connector gives it access to the Ubic data you authorize in a specific workspace.

It can read API-prepared sessions, prospects in those sessions and follow-up tasks available to your account.
Reading transcripts needs a separate permission. This access starts disabled and does not make a missing transcript available.
Members grant access to their authorized data; admins can read team activity. The connector does not start calls, send text messages or change data in Ubic or your CRM.
Custom connections depend on your assistant’s features and your organization’s rules. The MCP connection address is https://app.getubic.com/mcp.
Authorization guideAdd the MCP connection in your assistant when supported. Sign in to Ubic to open the Authorize an assistant page.
Select the workspace and read categories you want to allow. Authorize transcripts separately if you need them.
Click Authorize, then ask, for example: “Summarize yesterday’s calls.” Ask the assistant to state the period and coverage of the data it read.
No. The MCP connector provides read access to authorized data. It does not start calls, send text messages or change Ubic or your CRM.
Custom connections depend on your assistant’s MCP support and your organization’s rules. This page does not guarantee a listing in its public directory.
In your Ubic profile, open Integrations > AI assistants > Manage assistants and disconnect the relevant connection. Further reads are then blocked.
Returned data is sent to the connected assistant’s provider. Check its data-processing rules and your organization’s rules before authorizing access.
