A frozen lead,
Ubic puts it back on the list.

When a lead is frozen, Ubic sets it aside and puts it back on the call list after a delay you set.

Trigger

The prospect is frozen

They didn't answer, the cycle begins.

Phase 1 · Wait
2d

Before returning to the list

A two-day gap, then the prospect becomes callable again.

New freeze

Still unreachable

The prospect enters the next phase.

Phase 2 · Wait
7d

More time

Seven days before the next call attempt.

Final action

Loop or exit

Loop through the last phase, exit with a status, switch to SMS or voicemail.

Three steps.And the cycle continues.

01

Choose the list

You activate progressive pausing on a list. A list follows only one cycle at a time.

02

Set the phases

Each phase is a delay in days. With each new freeze, Ubic moves to the next phase and spaces out the reminder.

03

Define the end

At the end of the cycle, you choose: loop back to the last phase, exit the lead with a status, or switch to another channel like SMS or voicemail.

How progressive pausing works.

A pace per list

Hot list, cold list, key accounts: each list has its own delays. You set the pace per list.

Lengthening delays

For the first freeze, a short delay. With each new freeze, Ubic moves to the next phase and waits longer.

Cycle visible everywhere

On the record, an indicator and the Activity tab show the current phase and the return date. The Dialer displays how many leads are in the cycle.

Exit with Status

Upon exit, Ubic can apply a lead status, synchronized with your CRM like a call status.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many numbers does Ubic dial in parallel?

Ubic dials up to 3 numbers in parallel. Answering machines, faxes, and invalid numbers are automatically filtered out. As soon as a human answers, you are connected without delay.

Which CRMs are compatible with Ubic?

Ubic integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, noCRM, Attio, NetHunt, Close, Salesloft, and Lemlist. Synchronization is bi-directional: calls are logged with their duration, recording, and transcription. CSV import also works, with automatic column mapping.

How does billing work?

A single plan at $200 per user per month. Quarterly at -10% ($180/month), annually at -20% ($160/month). Everything is included: parallel dialer, CRM integrations, reports, recording, transcription, automatic number rotation, and French onboarding.

Does Ubic provide phone numbers?

Yes. Ubic provides the numbers and monitors their deliverability. Automatic rotation of outbound numbers limits the risk of a number being flagged as spam. You don't have to manage the phone infrastructure.

How long does it take to set up Ubic?

Setup is quick. You import your lists (CSV or CRM sync), connect your integrations, and launch your first calling sessions. French onboarding is provided for each new team. The first results are visible within a week.
