From the prospect record
During or after the call, you create a task on the record: type Callback, Follow-up or To-do, and a due date.
Tasks
You create a callback from a prospect record. Ubic sorts it into the right column by due date: overdue, today, later.

During or after the call, you create a task on the record: type Callback, Follow-up or To-do, and a due date.
The task shows up in the Tasks view, in the right place based on its date.
You complete it when it's done. If it's not the moment, you drag it to another column to reschedule.
Overdue, today, later. Tasks sort themselves by date, in your timezone.
You drag a task from one column to another, and its due date realigns. Without opening the detail.
A handled task leaves the columns. Completed by mistake? You reopen it without losing context.
Every task is linked to a prospect, with its note and history. Everything stays on the record.
Ubic calls up to 3 numbers in parallel. Voicemails, fax lines and invalid numbers are filtered out automatically. As soon as someone picks up, you are connected with no silence.
Ubic ships 15 native integrations: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, noCRM, Attio, NetHunt, Close, Salesloft, Lemlist, Gong, Modjo, Slack, User.com, Airtable and BoondManager. Sync is two-way: calls come back with their duration, recording and transcript. CSV import works too, with automatic column mapping.
One plan at €200 per user per month. Quarterly at -10% (€180/month), annual at -20% (€160/month). Everything is included: parallel dialer, CRM integrations, reports, recording, transcription, automatic number rotation, and onboarding in French.
Yes. Ubic provides the numbers and monitors their deliverability. Automatic rotation of outbound numbers limits the risk of a number being flagged as spam. You never manage the phone infrastructure.
Setup is fast. You import your lists (CSV or CRM sync), connect your integrations and run your first call sessions. Onboarding is done with every new team. First results show within the week.
